THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED. NEW DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED.
Join us for our first #BollywoodNight at Stirchley Open Cinema! You’ll enjoy this fun modern adaptation of Jane Austen's classic novel, Pride and Prejudice, that features the lives of four unmarried daughters in an Indian family. It’s got comedy, drama and romance and a great soundtrack.
This month’s pick is by volunteers Samina and Emily.
Synopsis
Mrs. Bakshi is eager to find suitable husbands for her four unmarried daughters. When the rich single gentlemen Balraj and Darcy come to visit, the Bakshis have high hopes, though circumstance and boorish opinions threaten to get in the way of romance.
